Ta Phong Tan este un blogger vietnamez. A fost membră a Partidului Comunist Vietnamez și ofițer în cadrul forțelor de securitate vietnameze. În 2013 a primit un premiu internațional pentru femei curajoase.
În 2006, a deschis blogul "Adevăr și Justiție". Ea a scris despre știri și politică. În 2011, a intrat în închisoare. A fost condamnată pentru propagandă împotriva statului.
Ea a fost eliberată din închisoare la 19 septembrie 2015. Ea a plecat să locuiască în Statele Unite.
